Honey Lemonade

  1. Stir honey and hot water over low heat until blended.
  2. Let cool and add lemon juice and cold water.
  3. Pour into iced glasses.
  4. The honey/water syrup may be refrigerated and used to make lemonade a glass at a time.
  5. To serve, mix 4 tablespoon syrup to 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 cup water per person.
  6. Pour into iced glasses.
