Winter Squash with Cranberries
- 1-1/2 cup cooked mashed winter squash
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen squash
- 1/2 cup coursely chopped cranberries
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Thaw squash, if frozen.
- Stir in cranberries, salt and pepper.
- Turn in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Drizzle melted margarine over top.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
