Honey bun cake

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
• 2 cup confections sugar
• 4 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla (for icing)

1. preheat oven to 325 or 350 depending on how fast your oven cooks
2. using a hand mixer; mix together cake mix,oil,eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
3. pour mixture into a greased 9A13 pan
4. next mix together brown sugar and nuts (optional ) in a separate bowl
5. swirl cinnamon mixture into the cake using a knife
6. bake for about 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean
7. mix together milk confection sugar and vanilla
8. pour over cake while hot.
9. can be served warm or chilled
10. enjoy!
