Easy Gazpacho

  1. Soak bread in dressing for 5 minutes.
  2. Puree tomatoes, tomato juice, bread, green capsicum, onion, cucumber and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Refrigerate, covered until cold.
  5. Serve with a swirl of sour cream.
