Cafe Brulot

• 1 ounce cognac (1 to 1 1/2)
• 1 dash triple sec (1 to 2)
• 1 cup hot coffee
• 1 lemon peel, twist
• 1 orange peel, twist
• 1 clove
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon sugar

1. Warm cognac in a heat-resistant glass.
2. Pour in the hot coffee, and add dashes of triple sec.
3. Add twists of lemon and orange peel, a clove, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Sweeten to taste, and serve.
