Cafe Brulot

  1. Warm cognac in a heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour in the hot coffee, and add dashes of triple sec.
  3. Add twists of lemon and orange peel, a clove, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Sweeten to taste, and serve.
