Santa Fe Soup

• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 (11 ounce) white shoepeg corn, don't drain
• 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes or 1 (14 ounce) can rotel
• 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained
• 1 lb mild Velveeta Mexican cheese

1. Brown Hamburger with chopped onions, Drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients in 3 quart saucepan or crockpot.
3. Heat on low to medium heat.
4. Do not boil.
