Pesto Mashed Potatoes
- 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons garlic (roasted and mashed)
- 12 cup prepared pesto sauce
- 12 cup butter (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix the mashed potatoes, garlic, and pesto.
- Place in a buttered casserole dish and top with butter slices.
- Bake on 350 just until the butter has melted.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
