Healthier Cole Slaw

  1. In a large salad bowl mix together salad vegetables (cabbage - onion).
  2. Toss.
  3. In a small bowl mix together dressing ingredients (dressing - pepper).
  4. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  6. Toss.

cabbage, jicama, beet, apple, red onion, light coleslaw dressing, cilantro, cider vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper
