Vickys Homemade Worcestershire Sauce, Vegan

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and whisk ingredients together well
  3. Strain then pour into a sterilized glass jar or bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 8 months
  4. Makes around 380mls or 1&1/2 cups

vinegar, molasses, water, lemon juice, salt, mustard powder, onion, ground ginger, black pepper, ground cinnamon, garlic, cayenne pepper, allspice, cardamom powder, tamarind, anchovy
