Skipper'S Shrimp Creole

  1. Cook onions and celery in oil until tender.
  2. Add celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, chili powder, salt, sugar, thyme, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Cook 45 minutes, then add chopped green pepper and shrimp.
