Chicken With Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Recipe
- 2 Packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Original Lowfat milk Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
- Whisk juice and dressing mix together.
- Marinate chicken in 1/2 of mix.
- Combine cornstarch and water with rest of juice mix in a saucepan and cook till thick.
- Baste chicken with this mix while baking.
- Bake thawed chicken at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
