Hot 'n Sweet Salsa for Ham

• 1 12 cups pineapple, diced
• 34 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 12 cup onion tops or 12 cup chives, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until well mixed.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve over ham slices.
