Blue Cheese, Port, And Walnut Spread Recipe

  1. In a food processor blend together the cheese, the butter, and the Port till the mix is smooth and in a bowl combine well the cheese mix and the walnuts.
  2. Transfer the spread to crocks or possibly ramekins.
  3. The spread keeps, covered and chilled, for 3 weeks.
  4. Serve the spread with crackers.
  5. Makes about 3 1/2 c..
