Creamy Cranberry Fruit Freeze

  1. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, on medium speed beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually, beat in the Karo syrup until smooth.
  3. Reduce speed to low and beat in cranberry sauce until combined.
  4. Stir in the oranges and pineapple until blended.
  5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until just combined.
  6. Spoon into an 8 or 9" square pan.
  7. Cover and freeze 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Remove from freezer and cut into bars.
  9. Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnixh with fresh fruit and mint leaves if desired.
