Salmon Cakes Florentine Recipe

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
  2. Chill.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Shape mix into 6 oval patties.
  5. Place on rack of broiler pan about 4 inches from heat.
  6. Broil about 3 min on each side or possibly till golden and heated through.
  7. Serve with sauce.
  8. Note: Two 6 1/2 or possibly 7 ounce.
  9. cans of chunk tuna may be substituted.
