Pear Tart

  1. Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom or springform pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  5. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  6. Add pudding mix and cinnamon.
  7. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Spread over cooled crust.
  10. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  11. Top with pear slices in decorative pattern.
  12. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
