Inside Out Ravioli

• 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
• 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
• 16 oz. can spaghetti sauce
• 2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
• 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
• 1/4 c. olive oil
• 8 oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1 medium chopped onion
• small jar button mushrooms
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 well-beaten eggs

1. Cook spinach (reserve juice, add water to equal 1 cup).
2. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in large skillet.
4. Saut hamburger and onion until lightly browned; drain.
5. Add spinach juice, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
6. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese and eggs.
7. Pour mixture into 8 x 13 inch cake pan.
8. Top with meat sauce and arrange button mushrooms on top.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
10. Serves 6 - 8.
