Scalloped Potatoes With Sour Cream And Chives Recipe

  2. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water till just tender.
  3. Allow to cold slightly, then peel and slice.
  4. There should be about 3 c. of sliced potatoes.
  5. Arrange the potatoes in a buttered, shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

  7. Combine the lowfat sour cream with the beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk, chives, salt and pepper.
  8. Pour over the potatoes in the baking dish and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min, till heated through and lightly browned.
