Cheesy Vidalia Onion Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375F; lightly grease/spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Saute the chopped onions in the butter until tender and golden, but not browned.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in all remaining ingredients until well-combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered at 375F for about 25 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, pita chips, etc.
