Simple Black Tea Mousse with Marshmallows

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add tea leaves, and simmer for a little while over low heat to extract the flavor.
  2. (Use 1 tea bag, or place the tea leaves into a tea bag makes the following steps easier.)
  3. Add milk to the pot after the brewed tea is very strong, and heat.
  4. (Taking out the tea leaves at this stage makes the following steps easier.)
  5. Add marshmallows to the pot, and warm while stirring until they dissolve completely.
  6. Let it sit for a while until it cools (See notes).
  7. Pour into containers a little at a time one by one (see notes).
  8. Refrigerate to chill, and the puddings are done.
  9. "Rirupo" made this with Lupicia Orange Chocolate tea, and it turned out really pretty.
