Simple Black Tea Mousse with Marshmallows
- 1 packages Marshmallows
- 150 to 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Black tea leaves
- 50 ml Hot water
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add tea leaves, and simmer for a little while over low heat to extract the flavor.
- (Use 1 tea bag, or place the tea leaves into a tea bag makes the following steps easier.)
- Add milk to the pot after the brewed tea is very strong, and heat.
- (Taking out the tea leaves at this stage makes the following steps easier.)
- Add marshmallows to the pot, and warm while stirring until they dissolve completely.
- Let it sit for a while until it cools (See notes).
- Pour into containers a little at a time one by one (see notes).
- Refrigerate to chill, and the puddings are done.
- "Rirupo" made this with Lupicia Orange Chocolate tea, and it turned out really pretty.
