Mountain Mama Mud Slide
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (3 oz. size) pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
- 1 (3 oz. size) pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
- 4 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip for topping
- Mix flour, nuts and margarine.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
- Cook at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes; cool.
- Mix cream cheese, 8 ounces Cool Whip and confectioners sugar.
- Spread over crust. Prepare pudding mixes according to package directions.
- Spread chocolate pudding over cheese mixture.
- Spread vanilla pudding over chocolate pudding.
- Let pudding set for 2 to 3 hours.
- Top with additional Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle top with shavings from a chocolate bar or mini chocolate bits.
