Chinese Chicken Salad
- 1 head cabbage
- 3/4 onion, chopped (green or regular)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 top ramen (uncooked, crushed)
- 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 top ramen seasoning packet
- 1 salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cook chicken (grill, oven, pan, ... however you want)
- Chop cabbage into small pieces
- Combine everything for the salad into a large bowl.
- EXCEPT the ramon seasoning.
- Mix together the dressing ingredients into a small bowl.
- Add dressing to salad and mix well an hour before serving
