Lemony Skillet Asparagus

  1. Mix dressing and lemon juice.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup dressing mixture in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Stir in peppers, mushrooms and onions; cook 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add asparagus and remaining dressing mixture; stir.
  6. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
  7. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  8. Serve topped with cheese.
