Oatmeal-Raisin Pancakes
- 1-1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 egg white
- 1 to 2 old bananas, to taste
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 to 2 cup non-fat milk, to consistency
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Mix dry ingredients separately from wet ingredients, then mix it all together.
- Cook on hot griddle until golden brown.
