Beulah's Apple Butter Recipe

• 7 c. sugar
• 5 c. Red or possibly Yellow Delicious applesauce
• 1/4 c. lemon juice cinnamon to taste

1. Combine ingredients; put on to boil for 15 min.
2. Pour into jars and seal.
3. Comments: I have the best recipe for apple butter which do not take much time or possibly cost.
4. You can cut it with a knife, it's so soft.
5. It's simple, and it is delicious.
