Braised Steak And Green Pepper Recipe

  1. Chunks of zucchini may be used instead of green pepper.
  2. Coat strips of round steak with flour mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a large frypan.
  4. Brown meat on all sides, drain off any fat.
  5. Add in broth, tomato juice (reserving the tomato pcs for later), onion and garlic to the meat.
  6. Cover and simmer about 1 hour till meat is tender.
  7. Add in tomato pcs, green pepper strips and Worcestershire sauce.
