Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

• 12 ounce. grated cheese (3 c.)
• 1 (2 lb.) bag frzn hash browns
• 1 (16 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 med. onion, sauteed in 1 stick butter

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
