Double Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt, stirring with a whisk.
  4. Combine butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl.
  5. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended.
  6. Add vanilla and egg white; beat 1 minute.
  7. Stir in flour mixture, dried cherries, chocolate chunks and white chocolate chips.
  8. Drop by level tablespoon 2-inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  9. Place pans in freezer for 5 minutes. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
  10. Cool on pans 2 minutes.
  11. Remove from pans.
  12. Cool completely on wire racks.
  13. Makes 2 dozen.
