Pork And Potato Sauerkraut Casserole Recipe

• 1 pound lean pork cubes, cooked till tender with juice
• 2 c. sauerkraut, undrained
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 3 tbsp. applesauce
• 1 pound cooked potato cubes (3-4 med.)

1. Stir together and bake at 350 degrees till heated through.
2. 4-5 servings.
