Confetti Pizza
- 1/2 pounds Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 pounds Prepared Taco Meat (I Used Turkey)
- 3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 1/2 cups Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1/2 cups Sweet Corn
- 1/4 cups Diced Onion
- 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- Lime Wedges (optional), To Serve
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F. (If you dont have a pizza stone, use an upside down baking sheet that is large.)
- Stretch pizza dough out to be 12 to 14 inches in diameter.
- (I make my pizza on parchment paper for easy transferring.)
- Spread salsa, taco meat, half the cheese, black beans, corn, onions and peppers over the pizza.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake on the hot pizza stone for 1015 minutes or until crust is cooked to your liking.
- Remove pizza and top with fresh tomatoes and cilantro.
- Serve hot with lime wedges.
