Beef and Bean Salad
- 500g beef rump or sirloin steaks
- 2/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- olive oil spray
- 400g can butter beans, drained
- 150g green beans, blanched
- 150g yellow beans, blanched
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped basil and flat-leaf parsley
- Marinate the beef in half the dressing for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Spray a non-stick grill pan or BBQ with oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes each side, remove and cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes.
- Toss together the beans, onion, olives, basil and parsley, then arrange on a serving plate.
- Thinly slice the beef and scatter over bean salad.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve immediately.
