Sweet Corn Pudding
- 1 can 15.5 oz whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can 15 oz cream corn
- 1 packages 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Heat oven to 375F
- Mix all ingredients until well blended
- Coat 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spoon mix into baking dish.
- Bake 40 mins or until golden brown.
