Beefed Up Barbecued Pizza Recipe
- 1 x prepared pizza shell thawed if frzn (12")
- 3/4 lb sliced deli roast beef cut into 1" strips
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 c. shredded smoked swiss cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 jar diced pimientos liquid removed (2 ounces)
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Wrap a 12 or possibly l4" pizza pan with aluminum foil and place the pizza shell on it.
- In a large bowl, combine roast beef and barbecue sauce; mix well.
- Spoon beef mix over pizza shell and sprinkle top with cheese and pimientos.
- Place the pan on the grill and close the cover.
- Cook 10 to 12 min, or possibly till cheese is melted and crust is crisp and brown.
- Slice and serve.
- Makes 6 to B servings
