Sesame Steak Stir-Fry

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons salad oil.
  2. Saute sesame seed for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Place in shallow, glass baking dish.
  4. Add onions, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bean sauce and ginger.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Marinate steak in mixture, covered and turning occasionally, in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Drain steak, reserving marinade.
