Spicy Roast Carrots
- 1 lb. (450 g) carrots, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 4 fresh cilantro sprigs
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss carrots with dressing and Sriracha sauce; spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring after 15 min.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
