Bishop Bread Recipe
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. whole Brazil nuts
- 1 c. dates, minced
- 1 c. cherries, minced, the kind used in fruit cake
- 8 ounce. bar German sweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Mix together.
- Put in two greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
