Quick Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Prepare pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until pink.
- Remove shrimp to large serving bowl.
- Add sauce and peas to same skillet.
- Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Toss sauce mixture with shrimp and pasta until evenly coated.
- Season with pepper, if desired.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
