Chilled Matcha Soba with Grated Yamaimo
- 1 serving Matcha soba
- 1 Mentsuyu
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Grated yamaimo
- 1/2 Poached egg
- 1 Green onions
- Boil the matcha soba to your desired firmness.
- It should take about 3-4 minutes.
- Rinse in ice water and drain in a strainer.
- Cut the cucumber and green onions as shown.
- Put the chilled matcha soba and mentsuyu in a dish, then top with the grated yamaimo, cucumber, onion, and egg.
