Grilled Chicken Salad

  1. Wash and pound the chicken cutlets.
  2. Season with soy sauce and seasonings.
  3. Heat up the barbecue or cook on the stove in frying pan till done; about 5 minutes each side.
  4. Prepare big beautiful salad.
  5. Place salad over entire dinner plate for each serving.
  6. When chicken is cooked, cut into strips and lay across the salad.
  7. Serve with dressing and nice loaf of bread.
