One-Plate Dinner Tomato and Anchovy Pasta.
- 200 grams Tomato sauce
- 4 filets Anchovies
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1/3 bunch Spinach
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 200 grams Pasta
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic powder, mashed anchovies, shimeji mushrooms, and spinach and stir-fry.
- Add the tomato sauce to Step 1.
- Boil the pasta in salted water and coat with the sauce to finish!
