Proscuitto And Boursin Cheese Appetizer

• 4 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese, Softened
• 4 ounces, fluid Garlic And Herb Boursin Cheese
• 10 slices Proscuitto, Sliced Thin And In Half Longways
• 1 box (about 20-count Size) Onion Breadsticks
• 8 ounces, fluid Arugula, Washed And Completely Dried

2. With a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and the boursin cheese until well blended.

4. Slice the prosciutto in half lengthwise.
5. Wrap the tip of a bread stick with the ham, add a smear of the cheese mixture, add a couple of arugula leaves.
6. Gently wrap the ham around the stick.

8. Refrigerate until youre ready to serve.
9. Makes about 10 servings.
