Sunny Tropical Kabobs
- 1 pound Chicken Tender Strips
- 1 bottle (12 1/4 Oz. Size) America's Choice Caribbean Jerk Marinade
- 1 whole Mango
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- Fire up your indoor grill on medium heat.
- Marinade chicken with the jerk marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water.
- Chop peppers into 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces.
- Chop mango into cubes.
- After marinating, take chicken out of refrigerator.
- Grab a skewer and add a chicken cube, a mango cube, and a piece of pepper.
- Repeat until there are at least 2 of each on every kabob.
- Sprinkle kabobs with some salt and black pepper.
- Spray grill with nonstick spray.
- Add kabobs to the grill and cook until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
