Spicy Corn Medley

  1. Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Quick hit corn on grill to get a bit of color.
  3. Strip kernels off cob.
  4. Fine dice the peppers and onion.
  5. Place the butter into a saute pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Once melted, cook the peppers and onions until tender.
  7. Add sugar, salt and pepper, to taste.
  8. Add corn.
  9. Add tarragon at end.
