Extremely Easy Lasagna

  1. Meat Sauce: Cook all of the meat sauce ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Simmer while stirring until the liquid evaporates.
  3. White Sauce: Put the flour and butter into a heat-resistant dish and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Stir and then add the milk and flavoring ingredients.
  5. Combine well and microwave for 6 1/2 minutes.
  6. Assemble: Boil the lasagna so that it is still slightly hard.
  7. Layer the lasagna, meat sauce, lasagna, white sauce, in that order, into a dish.
  8. Repeat as necessary and then top with cheese.
  9. Bake: Place the layered lasagna on an iron tray and place on the middle rack in the oven (this will allow it to brown nicely).
  10. Bake for 20 minutes at 250C.
