Extremely Easy Lasagna
- 6 sheets Lasagna
- 200 grams Ground pork or beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 can Canned tomato
- 2 tbsp Red wine or sake
- 1 tbsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 shakes Allspice
- 6 tbsp Cake flour
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 shakes Nutmeg
- 2 handfuls Pizza cheese
- Meat Sauce: Cook all of the meat sauce ingredients in the order listed.
- Simmer while stirring until the liquid evaporates.
- White Sauce: Put the flour and butter into a heat-resistant dish and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir and then add the milk and flavoring ingredients.
- Combine well and microwave for 6 1/2 minutes.
- Assemble: Boil the lasagna so that it is still slightly hard.
- Layer the lasagna, meat sauce, lasagna, white sauce, in that order, into a dish.
- Repeat as necessary and then top with cheese.
- Bake: Place the layered lasagna on an iron tray and place on the middle rack in the oven (this will allow it to brown nicely).
- Bake for 20 minutes at 250C.
