Jalapeno Tartar Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, jalapeno, relish, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot sauce.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors.
  4. Taste and adjust for seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  6. Serve chilled.
