Cajun Sauce Piquant

  1. Put oil in a large pot; brown meat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except water and flour.
  3. Mix water and flour; add to sauce.
  4. Let cook on low heat for 1 hour or until tender.
  5. Stir every few minutes.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
