Coffee Cake

• 1 cup flour
• 14 cup Splenda granular
• 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
• 34 teaspoon cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 23 cup skim milk
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 14 cup sugar
• 34 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Combine flour, splenda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
2. In seperate bowl combine egg, milk and oil.
3. Add all at once to dry ingredients.
4. Mix thoroughly, but quickly.
5. Pour into a sprayed round baking pan.
6. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
