Vietnamese Ground Meat
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 200 g pork meat
- Marinate pork meat with fish sauce and sugar for 10 min.
- Put that combination into a big pan, and put half of the coconut milk into it
- Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, when the coconut milk is mostly gone, put the other half into the pan
- Keep cooking until the pork is done.
- Use with rice and fish sauce.
