Crispy Herb Chicken Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease or possibly line with foil 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan or possibly 13 x 9 inch pan.
  3. I prefer the 13 x 9 inch pan.
  4. In medium bowl combine potato flakes, cheese, parsley flakes, onion pwdr, garlic salt, paprika and pepper, stir till well mixed.
  5. Dip chicken pcs into butter.
  6. Roll in potato flake mix to coat.
  7. Place in greased pan.
  8. Bake at 375 for 60 min or possibly till chicken is tender and golden.
