Chocolate Cornflakes
- 2 cup dark/white cooking chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 2/3 cup cornflakes
- Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water.
- Leave chocolate to cool for three to five minutes, or until lukewarm.
- Add the Cornflakes into the chocolate and stir carefully, coating the flakes with chocolate.
- Or you can pour the chocolate over the flakes- it works the same.
- Carefully spoon lumps into small muffin cups (is that what you call them) and leave to cool completely until the chocolate has set.
